The VETERANS SUICIDE PREVENTION CHANNEL (VSPChannel) is the founder, producer and principle sponsor of the “AUSTIN VETERAN ARTS FESTIVAL 2019” (AVAFEST 2019). This year, 2020, because of COVID-19 pandemic, many “Veterans Day” Festivities throughout America have been cancelled such as parades and other social gatherings and events. Many Veterans and their family members will be practicing “Social Distancing” on Veterans Day.
We at the VSPChannel have decided to air some of our shows from AVAFEST 2019 here on our channel. None of these videos have never been broadcast before now. AVAFEST 2019 was a great success in which we produced and presented more than 22 shows and 24 exhibits throughout the city of Austin, Texas. Veterans and their family members attended and performed and participated in the AVAFEST shows and presentations which included singing, dancing, acting, healthcare and cooking presentations as well as concerts and a Writers Conference for veterans.
